Overhaul of the existing HVAC and lighting system were all parts of this fit out schedule. High-quality Bench Desking arrangements were installed to accommodate 100 + staff. System Storage walling was specified for document handling and installed throughout the ground floor offices. Custom built furniture was supplied and installed for the ‘Hot Desking’ areas. Mantra also customised the kitchen area creating additional work surfaces and facilities to cater for the expanding staff levels. Milliken Contract carpet tiles complemented the overall design theme.
